3 Hudson Blvd. Gets Up to $350M in International EB-5 Capital

George Washington Immigration Group will provide between $250 million and $350 million in EB-5 funding for 3 Hudson Blvd., 53-story, two-million-square-foot office tower now under construction in the Hudson Yards District.

“George Washington Immigration Group is a first-class organization with team members who have a tremendous track record in the EB-5 industry,” said Joseph Moinian, CEO of Moinian Group, the developer which broke ground on the tower at the end of 2017.  The new office tower is expected to open by 2021.
