$2M for Retail Building at 75 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains
A private investor paid $2.1 million for the retail building at 75 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains, NY.
“Due to the lack of quality retail space in Westchester County, we were able to create demand for the property and achieve a high price per square foot that has not recently been seen on Mamaroneck Avenue,” says Joseph C. French, Jr. of Marcus & Millichap, who with Roger Reddy, Jr. had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
Built about 1923, the property contains a total of 5,300 square feet above grade, with 800 square feet on the second floor.
