Petraglia brings over two decades of expertise in the financial and property technology  – or proptech –  industries. As Principal, he will continue to shape innovation, mentorship, and entrepreneurial success, propelling growth in the proptech landscape.

“When we started the Ventures business unit over a year ago, there was so much tech out there we wanted to participate in creating best-in-class products that we could use in our portfolio,” said Robb Bollhoffer, Managing Director of 29th Street Capital.

Before joining 29SC Ventures, Petraglia established White Cap Trading, which ITG later acquired. His recent roles encompass business strategy, strategic partnerships, and global sales. He also provided significant contributions as VP of Sales at Latch, which achieved Unicorn Status upon going public in 2021.
