290K-SF Paris Retail Center Trades Hands

Culpetter Realty sold the Paris Towne Center, a 291,958-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center located in Paris, Texas. The buyer was Corsair Property Company.

Paris Towne Center is at the intersection of SE Loop 286 and US Highway 82.

The shopping center was originally built in 1976 and features renovated storefronts. Paris Towne Center is 96% occupied and features an impressive national tenant lineup including Aldi, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Ulta and Bath & Body Works. The property is the only Aldi grocery store location within a 50-mile radius, serving as a key traffic driver for the center.

JLL Capital Market’s Investment and Sales Advisory team representing the seller was led by Adam Howells and Erin Myer.

Culpetter says it invests in retail centers that draw daily traffic, warehouse and distribution facilities built for modern logistics, and student housing near campus life.
