290-Unit Arlington Texas Multifamily Asset Sells With Acquisition Loan

A CBRE Investment Management Fund has provided the acquisition loan of an undisclosed amount for the Preslee Apartments. Units at the Preslee offer private balconies and patios, fitness and business center and outdoor dining areas. The borrower of the loan, Dallas-based S2 Capital, plans to renovate the property, located at 2504 Ivy Brook Ct.

Lauren Bresky of Northmarq Capital arranged the floating-rate loan, which was structured with an initial term of three years with the option to extend by two years.
