285-Room AC Marriott On Way to McKinney
The project is a seven-story, 285-key Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott to be located in McKinney, TX. It will become the gateway project for the 2,200-acre mixed-use Craig Ranch development.
The 235,000 square-foot hotel will be situated across the street from the nationally recognized Craig Ranch TPC golf course and will have 36,000 square feet of meeting space, a three restaurants and a pool/lazy river amenity that will give it a resort feel separating it from any other offerings in the Dallas market. McGough Construction is the builder.
The hotel will have access to preferred tee times at the TPC golf course and to the 75,000 square foot Craig Ranch Fitness Center and Spa. The hotel will also benefit from the 300-seat Piazza in the Village wedding chapel that is directly adjacent to the property.
