27K-SF Net-Leased Property in Tacoma Sells for $12M
The Vara Group of Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of NVA Referral Center, a 27,199-square-foot net-leased property in Tacoma, Washington. The asset sold for $12.6 million.
Matthew Herman and RJ Vara, commercial investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
NVA Summit is located at 2505 S 80th St in Tacoma. “This single-tenant medical office is fully leased to NVA Summit Veterinary Management LLC,” said Herman, “It’s backed by the largest private owner of freestanding veterinary hospitals in the United States and features a 10 Year NNN with 3.5% annual increases.”
