$275M Boutique Hotel Approved Near Allegiant Stadium

Nuance Las Vegas, A 19-story boutique hotel has been green-lighted by Clark County Commissioners. The hotel will be just down the road from the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium.

The property is located on 2.1 acres and the hotel will have about 340 guest rooms and a spa. As for parking, developers said it will be “strictly valet.”

Developer Bob Gronauer added, “We believe most of the people that are going to be coming here will be using Ubers and other sorts of transportation. When you’re this close to the stadium itself, you’re not going to necessarily need automobile transportation to and from the site itself.”

New Angle Development will own the Nuance. The project is expected to cost $275 million. Site plans state there would be a ballroom, board rooms, an event center, pool, outdoor terrace, restaurant and bar, and a cigar bar at the hotel. The property would not feature any gaming or entertainment.
