275K-SF Warehouse Has New Owner

Polymers Packaging & Warehousing acquired a 275,000-square-foot warehouse at 550 Aleen St. in east Houston. The seller was Aleen Street Associates, and the property, served by Union Pacific Railroad, will be the buyer’s global manufacturing and distribution facility.

Ryan Fuselier and Travis Secor of JLL represented the buyer. Bob Berry and Grant Hortenstine of Avison Young represented the seller. The sales price was undisclosed, with the Harris Central Appraisal District assessing the property at $7 million.

“The location, size and rail-served capacity of this property offers Polymers Packaging & Warehousing the chance to bring some of their storage and packaging needs in-house, and will support the continued growth of their business operations,” Fuselier said.
