Sprawling Orlando corporate campus comes onto the market

272-Acre Orlando Office Campus on Market

One of the largest corporate campuses in Florida belongs to a non-profit, and now it’s for sale to any business. Wycliffe Bible Translators has decided to sell its 272-acre campus in Orlando. The large property is between Lake Nona and Sunbridge.

Wycliffe has selected First Capital Property Group as the listing broker. No price is mentioned in the offering to market the listing.

The property contains a 167,782-square-foot office building, in addition to 120,000 square feet of other facilities, including an activity center, corporate lodging, a visitor center, clinic, warehouses and an RV park.

The Orlando Business Journal reports more than half the property — about 188 acres — is considered wetlands, mitigation and park area and unable to be developed. About 38 acres have been developed so far, and another 45 acres are developable with various existing approvals for further construction already in place.
