$26M for Flex Building in Shelton, CT
Sun Equity Partners paid $26.25 million for 710 Bridgeport Ave., a flex building in Shelton, CT, on the Eastern border of Fairfield County.
“710 Bridgeport Avenue is a high-quality flex asset, and offers stable income and upside from nearly 128,000 square feet of vacancy. These factors bode well for the future of the property,” said Jeffrey Dunne of CBRE’s Institutional Properties. CBRE represented the seller, RA 710 Bridgeport Avenue LLC, an entity controlled by RNY Property Trust, and also procured the buyer.
The 452,400-square-foot building is currently 72% leased, including anchor tenants PerkinElmer Health Sciences, Inc. and Panolam Industries International. The 36-acre campus has abundant parking.
