Schrödinger has signed a three-year lease for approximately 26,000 square feet on the 21st and 22nd floor at Tower 45, a 458,446-square-foot office tower at 120 West 45th Street and Sixth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

“This lease is further evidence of Tower 45’s position as one of the premier office buildings in Midtown Manhattan,” said Steven Levy, managing principal of Kamber Management Company, which bought the 40-story tower in September 2015.

Last summer, Kamber announced a $20 million capital investment plan for Tower 45. Most recently, Kamber Management engaged renowned architecture firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners to design new improvements at Tower 45.
