26K-Acre Alliance Texas Generates $83.7B Economic Impact
AllianceTexas, the 26,000-acre, master-planned, mixed-use community in north Fort Worth, was found to have regional economic impact of $83.7 billion, while adding nearly $2.5 billion to the local tax base. According to a report issued by Insight Research Corp., more than $7.3 billion of the development’s economic impact was generated in 2019, alone.
The project is double the size of Manhattan, and geographically encompasses six municipalities, four independent school districts and two counties. “AllianceTexas’ success can be attributed to the continued collaborative relationship between public and private sectors, with a shared vision and goal for community and growth,” said Mike Berry of Hillwood, the project developer.
AllianceTexas offers shopping, dining, medical, recreational and entertainment options, as well as residential offerings including single-family homes, townhomes and multifamily units.
