Real estate development company HCW teamed up with Caesars Entertainment Corp. and Macerich to break ground on Caesars Republic Scottsdale, the first Caesars Republic non-gaming hotel in the U.S. The 265-room hotel will be in Scottsdale Fashion Square, at Goldwater Boulevard and Highland Avenue.

The hotel is scheduled to open in fall 2021, and will be operated by HCW Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality. Caesars Entertainment will license its brand, and is serving as an advisor on the design. The property amenities include an elevated pool lounge and dining concept, a 7,000-square-foot ballroom and two restaurants: Luna by Giada and Pronto by Giada.

The project team consists of BRP Architects, Studio 11 Interior Design and Layton Construction.
