Global Transport Logistics, a third-party logistics company, will move into a newly-constructed warehouse and distribution space at 276 Old New Brunswick Rd. in Piscataway, NJ. The new, 253,575-square-foot space is nearly twice as large as Global’s old space in Fair Lawn, NJ.

“Our client was near capacity and continues to grow their customer base. Within the local market, 276 Old New Brunswick Rd. offers all the efficiencies and functionality of new industrial construction,” said Noah Balanoff of Colliers International’s Logistics and Transportation Group, who with Chuck Littell headed the transaction on behalf of Global.
