25 Park Row Rises Quickly
The new apartment tower at 25 Park Row, across from City Hall Park in Downtown Manhattan, is now rising out of the ground, according to the latest coverage in Curbed.
In April, the project received a $253-million construction loan from Bank of the Ozarks, allowing construction to begin. Developed by a partnership between L+M Development and the owners of the old J&R store which used to stand on the site, the 45-story tower will include 110 condominium apartments when it’s finished in 2020.
