Bammel Business Park, a 246,450-square-foot industrial asset in northwest Houston, sold to Addison, TX-based Exeter Property Group. Seller Sealy & Co. Inc. was represented by Rusty Tamlyn and Trent Agnew with HFF.

Bammel Business Park is a five-building, Class A property situated on 14.1 acres at 4719-4822 N. Sam Houston Parkway W. (Beltway 8). The sales price was undisclosed.

“This offering generated substantial interest due to the value-add nature, deal size, newer product in northwest Houston and very little product on the market for sale,” said Tamlyn. Bammel Business Park delivered in 2008, and is 71.7% occupied. The tenant roster includes Winfield Solutions (Land O’ Lakes), Gruma Corp. (Mission Foods), Motion Industries and Lapp Tannehill.
