246-Acre Rail-Served Industrial on Tap for Baytown

Pontikes Development LLC is set to launch construction on Port 10 Logistics Center, a rail-served, Class A industrial development offering three million square feet of warehouse and distribution space. Phase 1 of the project, which will be on Interstate 10 and Thompson Road in Baytown, TX, is set to deliver in Q3 2018.

Situated on 246 acres near the Houston Ship Channel, Port 10 Logistics Center offers half a mile of frontage along Interstate 10, along with benefits of a Foreign Trade Zone. Features will include on-site rail storage, trailer storage and 32- and 36-foot clear heights. The first phase will offer a 485,000-square-foot and 295,000-square-foot cross-dock buildings.

JLL’s John Talhelm and Kevein Erck are handling leasing and marketing efforts on behalf of Pontikes.
