240K-SF Office to Go North in Durham NC
Dirt work is set to begin this week at the corner of South Magnum Street and Jackie Robinson Drive, the site of a former Chrysler dealership in Durham, NC. Once the acreage has cleared, Northwood Ravin and Akridge will go north on 555 Mangum, a 10-story, 240,000-square-foot office tower.
The building is expected to be delivered in late 2018. The development will include retail space on the ground floor, a penthouse conference room and rooftop lounge and terrace.
Northwood Ravin acquired Elkins Chrysler dealership’s site for $11.7 million in May 2015. The office building and a parking deck will be built on 3 acres. A residential building is slated for the remaining land.
