233 Eighteenth Reaches Sellout in Greenwood Heights

All 20 condominiums have gone into contract at 233 Eighteenth, Eagle Development’s new boutique residential project designed by Tom Winter Architects in Brooklyn’s Greenwood Heights neighborhood.

Sales began at the end of March and all units had contracts out within three months. The Aguayo Team at Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing led sales, with Angely Rangel as the agent. Occupancy is expected this fall.

“233 Eighteenth is one of the fastest-selling buildings in Brooklyn and NYC right now,” said Brendan Aguayo, senior managing director at BHSDM and head of the Aguayo Team. “The smart layouts and elegant finishes in a boutique environment providing outdoor space in most homes and a premier Fifth Avenue location in Greenwood helped catapult sales.

“Buyers responded to the attainable price points, quality of construction and nearly-complete building, finding comfort and confidence when touring the project knowing that occupancy would not be far off,” he continued.
