230 Fifth Ave Adds Five 11K SF New Leases 

GFP Real Estate, LLC, has signed several long-term lease deals at The New York MarketCenter in FiDi.  

JS Royal Home USA Inc. doubling its showroom space with a five-year lease on the 12th floor. Innovated Designs LLC (ID Home Fashions) expanding its space by signing a four-year lease on the 16th floor. Triangle Home Fashions LLC, renowned for brands like Lush Décor, signing a three-year lease on the 9th floor. Urban86 Inc. returning to its original location with a three-year lease on the 10th floor. CasaRovea USA Inc. expanding from its previous space with a three-year lease renewal on the 19th floor. 

Located at 230 Fifth Ave, the building hosts over 140 luxury home fashion accessories companies from across the globe. Jane Gural-Senders and Harvey Richer of GFP Real Estate Principal represented the landlord.
