$225M Luxury Property Replacing Anaheim’s Anabella Hotel

Plans are reportedly in the works to redevelop the Anabella Hotel in Anaheim for $225 million. If completed, the 6.8-acre project would be adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center.

Sources say an affiliate of Wincome Group is planning to start construction on the 634-room luxury hotel in 2018. The property would also include 30,400 square feet of retail, as well as 50,000 square feet of meeting areas.

Paul Sanford, asset manager for the Wincome Group, said that the new hotel, which does not yet have a name, could attract tech and medical conventioneers with a high level of disposable income.
