225-Unit Marlborough MF Community Sold for $74M

A fund advised by The DSF Group has acquired Talia Apartments, a 225-unit complex in Marlborough, MA., for $74 million from Fairfield and its institutional partner.

Situated near I-495 and I-90, Talia Apartments has access to key employers like Moderna and BJ’s Wholesale Club. CBRE’s Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler brokered the sale representing the seller.

“Talia Apartments is one of the top apartment communities located in the heart of the MetroWest, one of the most dynamic markets in suburban Boston,” said Butler. “The sale represents the successful execution of Fairfield’s business plan having acquired the site and developed the community.”
