Ventura Harbor MF Development to Initiate Leasing Phase

Portside Ventura Harbor, a 27-acre coastal community featuring 270 deluxe apartment residences and 30 live/work units, is moving toward completion next year in Ventura, CA. The first sequence of 56 residences will be available for lease this summer.

Apartment residences range in size from studios to three-bedroom offerings, with the live/work units offering 17 workspaces with storefronts. Community amenities include a private clubhouse, lounge, business center, pool, spa, and tennis and bocce ball courts.

The development also includes a contemporary 104 boat-slip marina and 21,000 square feet of retail and outdoor community venues, designed to complement locally-owned harbor businesses and infuse new energy into the surrounding community.

Portside Partners Ventura Harbor’s Michael Sondermann says, “We are excited to see our long-term vision of delivering an open community, right in the heart of Ventura’s prized harbor, come to life.”
