$210M Star Metals MXU On Tap for Atlanta

Coral Gables, FL-based Allen Morris Co. has announced plans for Star Metals, a $210-million, mixed-use project to be built in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood. The project plans call for the 409-unit Star Metals Residences, a luxury apartment building, and a 180,000-square-foot office building, Star Metals Offices. The buildings will both feature ground-floor retail space.

Allen Morris Co. plans to launch construction on the multifamily phase, at 1050 Howell Mill Rd., in the third quarter of this year. Groundbreaking on the office building, across the street at 1055 Howell Mill Rd., is anticipated to commence early next year. Both projects are slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2019.
