Thor Equities, headquartered in New York City, officially topped out the 210,000-square-foot office tower at Kirby Collection, located in the Upper Kirby District near Houston’s River Oaks neighborhood. The office tower is part of the 1-million-square-foot, mixed-use development at 3200 Kirby Dr.

The remainder of the project consists of 65,000 square feet of retail space and a 25-story residential tower with 199 units, which is currently on track for completion in Q4 2017. E.E. Reed Construction is the general contractor for Kirby Collection. Richard Keating Architecture is the design architect, Dianna Wong Architecture + Design is the interior designer, and Houston-based Kirksey is the architect of record. Walter P Moore is the structural engineer, and Houston-based WYLIE is the MEP engineer.

In addition to Kirby Collection, Thor Equities is developing The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch in Houston. Cinco Ranch is anchored by a 100,000-square-foot Lowe’s store.
