$20M Project to Add Hotel, Residential Units at Liberty Center in Ohio

Liberty Center, a 64-acre mixed-use property in Liberty Township, Ohio, announced more than $20 million in completed, ongoing and planned investments designed to support the mixed-use destination’s next phase of growth, including future hotel and residential development opportunities.

Real estate developer Centennial, powered by Lincoln, serves as the asset manager for the Apollo-owned property and leads the strategic direction and execution of the initiatives. The investment spans the property’s campus and includes major tenant upgrades, first-to-market entertainment concepts, and long-term initiatives. Current plans envision approximately 300 apartment units and a full-service hotel that would complement Liberty Center’s existing mix of retail, dining, entertainment and community gathering spaces.

“The investments taking place across Liberty Center reflect a long-term commitment to enhancing the customer experience, strengthening the property’s competitive position and creating sustainable value for ownership,” said Jonathan Maher, Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Centennial.
