$20M in Improvements Underway on Uptown Tower

Six months ago, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services purchased the Uptown Tower in Dallas out of bankruptcy from a private REIT. The company is steadily working on its $20 million redevelopment plan. The 12-story, 264,500-square-foot office project is at 4144 N. Central Expressway. Uptown Tower stands on nearly three acres at the corner of North Central Expressway and Fitzhugh Avenue.

Bradford has closed on 14 leasing deals since taking over. They’ve opened an on-site property management office, installed Wi-Fi in the lobby and newly constructed conference facility, added 24/7 security and upgraded the 742-space parking garage and surface lot. Work will soon start on the common areas, elevator updates and atriums. In Q2, a new fitness center and grab ‘n go station will be added to the amenities list.

The project features office spaces ranging from 140 square feet to 18,493 feet.

Bradford’s leasing team consists of Richmond Collinsworth and Erik Blais.
