20k-SF of New Leases Signed at 485 Madison Avenue
Jack Resnick & Sons has secured four leases totaling 20,000 square feet at 485 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.
Ascendo Resources will relocate to a 5,743-square-foot space on the 17th floor, joining fintech venture capital firm NYCA Partners. John Lang, Inc. renewed its lease for the entire 23rd floor, while Jade Trau will occupy a 4,200-square-foot office and showroom space on the 12th floor. Hive & Colony will open a 1,850-square-foot retail space on the ground floor.
The 305,675-square-foot building, owned by Jack Resnick & Sons since 1976, underwent recent infrastructure upgrades. The building also comes with a 9,000-square-foot duplex penthouse and one retail storefront.
