Nova Capital Partners has sold the Quorum Business Park in Charlotte, NC for $23.5 million.

209K-SF Quorum Business Park in Charlotte’s Crownpoint Trades for $24M

CBRE has arranged the $23.5-million sale of Quorum Business Park, an eight-building office park totaling 208,986 square feet in the Crownpoint submarket of Charlotte, NC.

Matt Smith, Patrick Gildea, Grayson Hawkins and Robert Hardaway of CBRE represented seller Nova Capital Partners. The buyer is Bamboo Equity Partners.

“Single-story office product is particularly attractive to both tenants and investors in today’s market,” said Smith. “The ability to accommodate a variety of uses and leverage the physical characteristics of the buildings to create authentic tenant experiences is particularly relevant as employers look to return to the office.”

The office park completed in 1989 sits on over 19 acres at 7500-7520 Independence Boulevard and features one multi-story building and seven single-story assets.

Quorum Business Park sits along Interstate 74 with proximity to I-485 and minutes from Uptown Charlotte, Charlotte Douglas International Airport and the upcoming LYNX Silver line.
