206-Unit Senior Project on Tap for Austin
Developers W2 Real Estate Partners and Bridgewood Property Co. will break ground this summer on The Village at The Triangle, an upscale, 206-unit senior living development in North Central Austin.
The project is part of the 30-acre, mixed-use Triangle development at the intersections of Guadalupe Street, North Lamar Boulevard and West 45th Street. The property will consist of a seven-story building on top of two parking levels. Completion is scheduled for early 2018.
“It’s unique to have a senior’s site in the densely populated urban core, particularly within a well-known mixed-use project and minutes away from established retail, medical services and religious institutions,” said Steve Freche, executive vice president with W2 Real Estate Partners.
