205K-SF Quaker Court Sells to ML Realty Partners
ML Realty Partners is now the owner of Quaker Court, a two-building, 205,471-square-foot industrial property on the northwestern edge of the Dallas Design District. The investor, which has offices in Chicago and Dallas, acquired the asset from Frontier Equity of Dallas.
The buildings, at 1144-1188 Quaker St., are situated on 10 acres, approximately two miles southeast of Interstate 35E. Adam Herrin and Stephen Bailey of HFF represented the seller. Diane Williams with DW & Co. will lease the property on behalf of ML Realty Partners.
“The ability to purchase a facility in a true last-mile location within South Stemmons, along with a diverse tenant base, made this a great acquisition for ML Realty Partners,” said ML Realty’s Matthew Smith. Current tenants include Arty Imports Inc., Amerisource Bergen Specialty Group and Pediatrix Medical Services.
