204K-SF Coral Springs Office Building Sells for $30M
The Bristol Group sold University Place at City Center at 3115 N. University Drive in Coral Springs for $30 million to Essig Holdings. Essig Holdings already plans to build high-end office suites within the 204,810-square-foot, 40-year-old building.
The S. Florida Business Journal reports that Bristol acquired the 6.04-acre property, then known as the Preferred Exchange Tower, out of foreclosure in December 2013 for $12.6 million. Its amenities include on-site restaurants, modernized common areas and floor-to-ceiling windows.
University Place’s tenants include the travel agent network Cruise Planners and restaurants such as Tap 42, Craft Kitchen & Bar, Playa Bowls, and Embarcadero 41.
Darcie Lunsford and Caroline Fleischer of Colliers will lease and market University Place on behalf of Essig Holdings.
Bristol Group says it has acquired, re-positioned and developed over $3 billion of real estate.
