It took just two weeks to arrange the 15-year lease for a new upscale Kosher restaurant by star Chef Josh Kessler at 211 E. 46th St., just off Third Avenue in Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood.

“Josh is a very experienced, extremely talented chef, having previously worked for Danny Meyer of Union Square Hospitality and Mike’s Bistro, a Kosher restaurant,” said Jeff Geoghegan Eastern Consolidated, who with James Famularo represented the landlord and procured the tenant, Chef Kessler.

The 2,500-square-foot storefront leased quickly for $200 per square foot. “We were able to bring in the new restaurateur before the previous tenant, Tulsi, a Michelin starred Indian restaurant, handed back the keys,” said Famularo.
