20 Acres Acquired for Balcara at Balmoral Rental Housing Community

Balcara Group LLC and Montgomery Street Partners joined forces to buy 20.3 acres within the 750-acre Balmoral master-planned community in Humble, TX. The new owners are planning to develop Balcara at Balmoral on the land, a neighborhood consisting of 163 rental homes. Infrastructure development will commence at once, with home construction expected to launch in Q1 2020.

The two- and three-bedroom, detached, single-family residences will be the first such development for the Balcara Group. The community will offer amenities including greenspaces, a neighborhood lodge, fitness room, children’s playroom and a playground. Homes will also have two-car garages, private yards and on-site professional management.

Balcara at Balmoral will be the first purpose-built rental home development in the 750-acre Balmoral master-planned development, situated on the Houston metro’s far northeast side. The project is off Woodland Hills Drive, north of West Lake Houston Parkway.
