2 Park Avenue Signs 165K SF of Office Leases

JLL arranged 165,361 square feet in a series of leasing transactions at 2 Park Ave., a 1.2-million-square-foot Midtown South office tower owned by Hadson Realty, the real estate arm of privately held fashion company Haddad Brands. JLL’s Mitch Konsker, Cynthia Wasserberger, Kristen Morgan and Michael Pallas represented ownership along with Haddad Brands director Franco Rauseo.

Rapidly growing transit tech company Via Transportation, Inc. leased 55,066 square feet. Savills brokers Erik Schmall and Allyson Bowen represented the tenant.

Cadent, an AI-powered predictive advertising company, leased the entire 50,017-square-foot ninth floor. Newmark’s Aaron Ellison and Adam Spector represented the tenant.

Charlie Health, a provider of virtual high-acuity behavioral healthcare, leased the 28,424-square-foot 21st floor. JLL’s Alex Chudnoff and Ian Lipman represented the tenant.

The City University of New York (CUNY) leased 21,621 square feet for use as a business operations office. Cushman & Wakefield brokers Rob Lowe, Mark Weiss, Jared Thal and Michael Norris represented CUNY.

In addition, the global economic advisory firm Oxford Economics leased 10,233 square feet. Peter Cipriano of Savills represented the tenant.
