2 Law Firms, 2 Full-Floor Deals at 101 Greenwich

CBRE’s Adam Foster and Brad Gerla represented a pair of law firms in identically-sized leases at Cove Property Group’s 101 Greenwich St. The two 18,495-square-foot deals were part of a clutch of under-30,000-square-foot leases that CBRE announced Monday.

Foster and Gerla represented Faust, Goetz, Schenker & Blee in an 11-year lease for the entire 18th floor at 101 Greenwich. Cove was represented by JLL’s Scott Cahaly, Clayton Kline and Mitch Konsker.

The same tenant and landlord reps arranged a lease for Morris, Duffy, Alonso & Faleyin in a renewal for the property’s entire 22nd floor. It’s also for 11 years.

Farther uptown, CBRE’s Christopher Corrinet, David Kleinhandler, Lewis Miller, Ken Rapp and Andrew Sussman represented Troutman Sanders in an 11,467-square-foot, 11-year lease expansion for part of the 18th floor at 875 Third Ave. Owner Eastgate Realty was represented by JLL’s Diana Biasotti, Harley Dalton and Paul Glickman.
