2.5-acre Chicago Fulton Market Land Portfolio Hits Market

A 2.5-acre land development opportunity in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood is being offered for sale. The land portfolio represents the biggest offering of the past year in one of the country’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

The land portfolio consists of four parcels:
– A: Northwest corner of Racine Avenue and Carroll Avenue, 1.37 acres
– B: Southwest corner of Racine Avenue and Carroll Avenue, 0.13 acres
– C: Southeast corner of Racine Avenue and Kinzie Street, 0.64 acres
– D: Southwest corner of Racine Avenue and Kinzie Street, 0.32 acres

JLL’s Tom Kirschbraun and Vice President Dan Reynolds are handling the marketing efforts for land owner Republic Services.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
