Dallas Midtown Site for 1M-SF Office Development

Seritage Growth Properties has teamed up with KDC to unveil plans for one million square feet of office space in Dallas Midtown. The duo is planning to develop two Class A office towers that will help anchor Seritage’s planned, 23-acre mixed-use project near Preston Road and Interstate 635 (LBJ Freeway).

The site of the mixed-use project is a former Sears store at Valley View Mall. Upon buildout, the as-yet unnamed development will offer retail, entertainment and residences in a walkable community. Seritage, which is headquartered in New York, is also considering a hotel on the site. Seritage and Dallas-based KDC will shortly file a site plan application with the city of Dallas.

Dallas Midtown is a 40-block, 430-acre Dallas Commercial Real Estate mixed-use development surrounding the former Valley View Mall.
