1M-SF Miami Live-Work-Play Development Approved
CK Privé Group’s Uptown Biscayne, a nearly one-million-square-foot, mixed-use development in North Miami Beach, received City Council approval to proceed. The proposed project is planned for 245 apartments in a 16-story tower, with more than 170,000 square feet of retail, roughly 35,000 square feet of office space, and more than 1,000 parking spaces.
The 4.92-acre site is located at 16301 and 16355 Biscayne Blvd., and 2355 N.E. 163rd St. The developer plans to include a mix of restaurants, a full-service spa and fitness club, a national grocer and an edible garden in the retail space.
CK Privé envisions creating a “vibrant live-work-play destination” in Uptown Biscayne, as well as an important link connecting the North Miami Beach and Aventura neighborhoods. The group assembled the land for $48.8 million, and anticipates breaking ground on Uptown Biscayne this year.
