1M-SF American Airlines World Headquarters Up for Sale

Transwestern has been tapped to represent American Airlines Inc. in the sale of Campus Center at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The three-building, 1,388,727-square-foot office campus on Amon Carter Blvd. is currently the American Airlines World Headquarters.

Both American Airlines Inc. and American Airlines Federal Credit Union will relocate to a new, 1.8-milllion-square-foot headquarters campus, which will open in Fort Worth in late 2019.

Located at 4333, 4255, 4151 and 4101 Amon Carter,  the buildings, along with a 6.3-acre vacant parcel, “presents an outstanding opportunity for a user or investor to acquire an ideally-located office campus with excellent recruiting access to both Dallas and Fort Worth,” said Transwestern’s Mike Hardage, who is heading up the team in marketing the property. The campus, totaling 40 acres, is immediately south of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

The campus is less than 50% occupied by American Airlines and AAFCU.
