1M-SF Alliance Northport 3 Coming to AllianceTexas

Hillwood is adding more space to its 26,000-acre AllianceTexas development north of Fort Worth, in Denton County. The Fort Worth-based developer announced its intent to build Alliance Northport 3, a speculative industrial building totaling more than one million square feet at Alliance Northport. Alliance Northport is a 260-acre sector of AllianceTexas, located in Northlake, TX. According to Hillwood, Alliance Northport can accommodate more than three million square feet.

The project will be at Interstate 35W and SH 114, and will offer significant trailer staging capacity at the entrance, ample trailer parking, and 360-degree on-site circulation. Alliance Northport is near Fort Worth Alliance Airport, BNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Facility, the FedEx Express Southwest Regional hub, and the UPS and FedEx Ground Hubs.
