Friedman Real Estate’s Bruce Morrison recently completed the sale of a 19,000-square-foot car dealership and service center located at 55800 New Haven Road in Chesterfield, Michigan, listed at $6.9 million. Friedman represented the seller in this transaction.

The recently built and renovated dealership includes three buildings on more than 11 acres. It features a showroom, office space, conference room and warehouse and is conveniently located off I-94.

Friedman also recently completed another transaction in Michigan with the sale of the 2,378-square-foot former First Merchants Bank Branch located at 15 E Street in Petersburg, Michigan. The property was sold to Summerfield Township, with Greg Hornby representing the seller.

Built in 2008, the property sits on .43 acres and has 11 parking spaces and a drive-thru. First Merchants Corporation and Level One Bancorp finalized a merger in 2022, and the branch location subsequently closed.
