199 Water St. Inks 95K SF of Leases

Med Review, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the New York County Health Services Organization, has signed a 72,439-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 199 Water St. The tenant is taking an additional full-floor space of 35,454 square feet, while also renewing its 36,985-square-foot space on an upper floor.

Resnick has also completed a new, 22,526-square-foot lease with nonprofit iMentor. Currently located at 30 Broad St., the organization expects to relocate to 199 Water in the fourth quarter.

With these new long-term commitments, Resnick has now secured 379,643 square feet of leases year to date at 199 Water. WeWork recently leased 201,000 square feet there.

Resnick was represented in-house by Brett Greenberg and Adam Rappaport, and by Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Constable, Ethan Silverstein, Stephen Bellwood and Myles Fennon. CBRE’s Mark Ravesloot and Bill Iacovelli represented Med Review, while Transwestern’s Lindsay Orenstein and Rory Murphy represented iMentor.
