199-Unit Rental Community Breaks Ground in NJ

Woodmont Properties and Canoe Brook Development have initiated construction on Wood Brook at Randolph, a rental community in Randolph, New Jersey. The project comprises 199 residences, including traditional flats and townhome-style buildings.

“With its central location, proximity to New York City and wealth of lifestyle offerings, Morris County remains one of New Jersey’s most desirable markets for suburban living,” said Stephen Santola, Woodmont’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel. “We’re excited to begin construction of Wood Brook at Randolph, the third residential project with our esteemed partner Canoe Brook Development.”

The project plans to offer amenities such as coworking spaces, fitness centers, and entertainment lounges. Completion is expected in 2026.
