198-Unit Villas of Josey Ranch Trades Hands

Partners Harbert Management Corp. and Balfour Beatty Communities ended their four-year hold on Villas of Josey Ranch, selling the 198-unit apartment complex to Domain Communities. HFF’s Bill Miller, Robert Cass, Rob Key and Greg Toro represented the seller, and found the buyer.

Situated on 12.4 acres at 2050 Keller Springs Rd. in Carrollton, TX, Villas of Josey Ranch is adjacent to Jimmy Porter Park, as well as being close to several employment centers, including the Platinum Corridor (the Far North Dallas metro); the Telecom Corridor and CityLine (Richardson, TX); and Legacy Park.

The property’s 19 two-story buildings offer a mix of one and two-bedroom units, averaging 849 square feet. The complex is 96.5% occupied. Community amenities include resort-style swimming pools, outdoor picnic area with grilling stations, outdoor kitchen, 24-hour fitness center, business center, direct access garages and covered parking.
