1930-Constructed Multi-Tenant Retail Buildings Go for $2M in Newton

Coldwell Banker Commercial has completed the $2.4-million sale of a multitenant retail center consisting of two adjacent buildings on Boylston Street in Newton, MA.

Todd Glaskin with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty represented the seller, a local family trust, in the transaction.

The one-story buildings, constructed in 1930, total 14,746 square feet, are situated on 0.34 acres of land and have onsite parking for patrons.

“These retail buildings sit in a highly desirable location in Newton and close to the Route 9 corridor, which makes it primed for continued retail use or possible redevelopment,” said Glaskin.
