
190 Acres Sells, 3M-SF NorthPoint 90 Logistics Center Planned
In one of the largest land sales in the Houston area this year, NorthPoint Development acquired 190 acres at U.S. 90 and Uvalde Road. The Riverside, MO buyer acquired the northeast Houston acreage from seller Sowell Equities-Forestwood LP, and is planning NorthPoint 90 Logistics Center, a speculative master-planned business park, totaling 2.5 million square feet.
Michael Keegan, SIOR, with NAI Partners, represented the seller in the land sale. Colliers International’s Blake Gibson and Ryan Byrd will be marketing the project for lease. Building 1, totaling approximately 295,600 square feet, and Building 2, at 373,100 square feet, are expected to deliver in Q2 2020. The business park will eventually hold seven buildings.
