1890’s Gaslamp Quarter Building Finds New Owner
The George Hill Building, a 15,639-square-foot mixed-use property in downtown San Diego, has traded hands for nearly $6.3 million. The three-story property is located at 527-545 F St., at the corner of 6th and F streets in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter.
The mixed-use, multi-tenant asset consists of ground floor retail and creative office suites on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The historic building was originally built in 1897 on a 5,000 square-foot corner lot.
Nick Totah, first vice president of investments at The Totah Group of Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Hill SD, LLC, a subsidiary of Viewpoint Equities, Inc., with Gregg Seaman as the managing member. The buyer was undisclosed.
