18 Retail Deals Vie for REBNY Honors

The Real Estate Board of New York has announced the 18 finalists for its annual Retail Deal of the Year Awards. Winners in two categories—Most Ingenious Retail Deal, and Most Significant Retail Deal—will be announced June 12 at the REBNY Retail Committee’s 20th Annual Cocktail Party, to be held at Club 101.

Geographically, the 18 nominated deals span three boroughs, with one each in Brooklyn and Queens, and a spread across Manhattan’s submarkets. By sector, they run the gamut from apparel to food halls.

“The Retail Deal of the Year award winners will be honored for their demonstrated ingenuity and value in transacting deals across the shifting New York City retail landscape,” said REBNY President John H. Banks. “We look forward to celebrating all of these talented brokers who exemplify the industry’s best, through their work helping clients navigate and adapt to evolving consumer needs.”
